Oral Evidence to The House of Lords UK Bribery Act (2010) Select Committee

Brook Horowitz, CEO of IBLF Global and Dominic Le Moignan of GovRisk gave oral evidence to the House of Lords UK Bribery Act (2010) Select Committee. Alongside DFID's Phil Mason OBE. Responses were given as to how the Bribery Act has impacted British companies, in particular SME exporters. Based on prior experience of providing anti-corruption policy advice to governments and companies, Dom and Brook discussed a wide range of topics including the competitiveness of British companies, managing the conduct of third party agents, how to deal with facilitation payments, and what the UK Government can do to support British companies as they develop their business in challenging markets.
