Brook is the CEO of IBLF Global. He has master’s degrees from Cambridge and Harvard universities. He joined the International Business Leaders Forum in 2004, and co-founded IBLF Global in 2014. Brook has led on business integrity projects in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Southeast Asia, working with organisations such as the UK Prosperity Fund, DFID, EBRD and UNDP. He played a variety of leadership roles in the B20 from 2013-2015. He is the author of opinion pieces in the Financial Times, the New York Times and other publications and is the lead author of three business integrity toolkits. He provides training on business integrity for companies and governments around the world.
Boris heads up IBLF Global’s youth programmes. He is the CEO of the Mentoring Institute and a Trustee of Youth Business International. Boris’s past experience includes 20 years working in technical assistance projects financed by USAID, DFID and TACIS, focused on institutional, regulatory and legal framework and business development. Boris has worked with the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), the British consulting company ADAS International, the French consulting consortium SOFRECO and the French cooperative bank Credit Mutuel. He holds master’s degrees in law; in management, organizational psychology and business training delivery; and in psychological consulting.
Lien is head of training programmes, Vietnam. She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Accounting of the Academy of Finance under the Ministry of Finance, Vietnam. She has more than 18 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, internal controls, risk management, anti-corruption, and codes of conduct. Her training programmes focus on upgrading knowledge and expertise of professional service providers and internal personnel in both domestic enterprises and multinational companies.
With more than 3 years of experience in the non-profit landscape in Indonesia, Lady Diandra is joining the IBLF Global team as the Development Manager. Previously worked at UNDP Indonesia, and her experience equipped her with project management, community building, and capacity building, especially on impact investing and social enterprise landscape. She is known for leading Youth Co: Lab Indonesia and other numerous youth projects at UNDP Indonesia.
Qinyi Liu is Marketing and Research Manager at IBLF Global. She has a master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy from the Institut de Sciences Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris. She has a wide knowledge of international law, human rights, international relations, public policy and social media operations. She has volunteered in international forums focusing on political affairs, women's rights, health issues convened by UN women, French government and others. She has worked as a judge’s assistant at Wuhan Hongshan District Court and as legal assistant at Hong Kong K.B.CHAU Law firm.
