Happy International Women's Day - IBLF Global's efforts in promoting gender equality

At IBLF Global, one of our major commitments is to promote gender equality. We recognise the significant contributions that women make to the global economy and, together with our partners, we have developed many programs to help women business leaders and entrepreneurs manage their operations with integrity, especially in Southeast Asia.

Through our projects, we provide women leaders and entrepreneurs with resources and tools to improve their daily operations with integrity. We provide training and capacity-building programmes, and mentorship opportunities for women leaders to promote a culture of integrity in their organizations. We also work closely with local governments, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to create an enabling environment that supports women’s entrepreneurship and economic participation.

Some of our projects, delivered with UNDP, are featured in UNDP's new publication, “Promoting Women Entrepreneurs as Drivers of Business Integrity”. The research shows the importance of sustained and targeted capacity-building to position women entrepreneurs and business leaders as drivers of business integrity in their local supply chains and in their communities.

In addition to our work supporting women entrepreneurs, we also engage with a range of other stakeholders to promote responsible business practices and sustainable economic development. We believe that by working together, we can create a more just and equitable world, where women have the opportunity to reach their full potential and contribute to the prosperity of their communities and the global economy.
