IBLF Brings Mentoring to the Russian Regions and Beyond

Mentoring has been gaining in popularity in recent years, in large part thanks to IBLF Russia. We have adapted international mentoring methodologies to suit the Russian market, and tested them systematically in all 11 regions participating in our Youth Business Russia programme. More recently, in 2015, we established the Mentoring Institute. The Institute has helped to bring mentoring to a further 15 regions of Russia through the Centre for Entrepreneurship’s ScaleUp programme, “Our Future Foundation” and ImpactHub Moscow. Since 2017, IBLF Russia has been working with Google Russia and Sberbank (the National Savings Bank of Russia) on providing training in mentoring for their programme “Business Class”, which aims to support the development of entrepreneurs in the Russian regions. IBLF Russia’s work in mentoring was recognised at the Mentor-2018 Forum in Moscow as on one of top programmes in the category “Mentoring in Business and Entrepreneurship”.
IBLF Russia has also been active in setting up the Youth Business programmes and providing mentoring training in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and has provided advice and best practices to Youth Business programmes in Serbia, Mongolia and Armenia... Read More
