SDG Goal 16 - Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions hosted by Anglo American & GlobeScan

IBLF Global took part in an online leadership forum organised by Anglo American & GlobeScan . The discussion focused on achieving UN Global Goal 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) and of course on anti-corruption, institutional capacity building, effective policy support, and different approaches for business and other societal actors to make SDG 16 a priority and how they can collaborate to achieve positive impact.
The forum was was held on Wednesday 26th June, 10am-11.30am UK time for Europe/Africa/Asia. A second seminar with other speakers was held at 3pm - 4.30pm UK time for the Americas. It was attended by expert guest contributors as well as 82 participants from 18 countries around the world. The online conversation provided an excellent opportunity for collaboration in uncovering key challenges, inspiring new thinking and sharing best practice solutions to help turn ideas into actions for SDG 16 progress.
