  • Enhancing Government-Business Integrity Action in Vietnam. 2018
From 2016 to 2019, IBLF Global worked with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to create the first Collective Action initiative in fighting corruption in Vietnam – the GBII or Government-Business Integrity Initiative. The final product was a report “Enhancing Government-Business Integrity Action in Vietnam” which recommends to government regulators and business leaders a multiyear plan for business and government to combat corruption together. This blueprint has set the direction for anti-corruption policy and practice in Vietnam ever since.

  • Open Contracting in West Africa - Report on British Interests and Priorities. 2017
Commissioned by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Open Contracting Partnership, and co-authored by IBLF Global, this report seeks to understand prospects for increasing the prosperity of West African nations through implementation of Open Contracting principles. The paper looks specifically at international (and especially British) company interests in five markets, analysing third party surveys and indices of the corruption environment, especially around public procurement. It makes 9 recommendations about possible approaches for West African countries to improve procurement practices.

  • CBLF Business Integrity Handbook volumes I and II. 2012-2013
Very much a collaborative effort by multinational and Chinese companies that were members of IBLF’s China Business Leaders Forum, this publication facilitates a constructive dialogue between companies, as well as between business, government, and civil society, on the role business can play in reducing corruption. Volume I provides guidance on compliance knowledge, skills and strategies. Volume II provides guidance on third party compliance management.
